Cure for the Bad Economy: Paper and Ink

On CNBC this morning, the commentators hit the nail on the head:  the entire problem with Europe is that countries have detached themselves from their own particular currencies.  That is, they have rejected the centuries (millennia?) old concept of having one’s own currency and, in the case of Southern European deadbeats, gone to the Euro.  When you do that, well, you can't print your own money anymore.  Good news, bad news.

Shoe Store Riots Continue

Shortly after Orlando police in riot gear went into action to break up a melee at a Florida Foot Locker store, copycat criminals were arrested by local police and placed into Nerf™ handcuffs at April Cornwell, Little Eric, and Plaza Bootery in Greenwich, Connecticut.  Out of work investment bankers throughout Fairfield County Connecticut were under watch by New Canaan, Wilton and Darien police and sheriffs deputies in upper Westchester County, New York.
